Privacy policy

We use your data only as needed to handle enquiries, communicate with you and operate this website securely.

This policy explains how Pavel Kryll processes the personal data of visitors and customers of pavelpomuze.cz.

What data we process

When you send an enquiry, we process your name, email address, phone number, job location, preferred contact method and description of the service you need. We may also process information from communications relating to your enquiry or the job.

We need the information requested in the form to assess and handle your enquiry. Providing it is not a legal obligation, but without the necessary contact details we cannot respond. You can also contact us by phone or email. The form sends a no-obligation enquiry; submitting it does not place an order or create an obligation to pay.

Why we use data and our legal basis

Handling enquiries and communicationWe need this information to prepare a quote, arrange a date and fulfil any resulting contract. This involves steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and, where applicable, performing that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Legal obligationsIf we carry out a job, we may also retain some information to meet accounting and tax obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Website security and operationWe process technical data (including IP address, request time and URL, and error logs) based on our legitimate interest in secure, reliable website operation and protection against misuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Website analyticsOnly with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) do we load Google Analytics to measure website use and improve the website. It may process your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and cookie identifiers. Consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn.

Who may access your data

We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing. Our technical providers may process it as necessary: our hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany), our n8n system that delivers form enquiries, our email provider Seznam.cz, a.s. and Google for analytics if you enable it. These providers process information under our instructions or their terms for the relevant service.

How long we retain data

We retain enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and any related communication, normally no longer than 12 months after the last communication. If we enter into a contract, we retain the information for its duration and afterwards for the period required by applicable law.

Google Analytics 4 uses the default retention setting for event-level and user-level data: 2 months. If the default reset-on-new-activity setting is enabled, the retention period for a user identifier may run from the latest activity. This setting does not apply to standard aggregated reports. Browser cookie expiry is separate and is described below.

Cookies and other browser storage

The website uses only essential technical storage and optional analytics. We do not run marketing cookies or personalised advertising.

You can change your analytics consent at any time using the button above. Analytics cookies are not activated if you do not consent. When Google services are used, data may be processed outside the European Economic Area particularly in the USA. Google describes its transfer mechanisms and safeguards (the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses, depending on the service); see also its data processing terms. You can request information or a copy of the relevant safeguards at our contact email.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing where provided by law. You can withdraw consent to analytics cookies at any time. Send requests to provas@pavelpomuze.cz.

If you believe we are not handling your data correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
